Non-Traditional, Non-Hierarchical leadership

About WAAL

We Are All Leaders (WAAL) is for those whose overriding goal is to advance their own interests and social justice as part of groups.

WAAL is a leadership development program and political education book club combined. It is a space to learn and practice non-traditional, non-hierarchical leadership aimed at creating a better world for all. It is a community where every member is a leader, and where we can learn, grow, plan, and prepare for whatever comes next together.

Consider Joining Our Group:

  • Our weekly virtual meetings are every Tuesday from 6:30-8:00pm (PST).
  • We take turns leading discussions, presentations, and workshops on the principles and practice of leadership.
  • There is an expectation that members will attend most or all meetings and take turns with the responsibilities of leadership within the group, including facilitating meetings, taking notes, sending emails, brainstorming, planning, and completing projects. All together, this requires an average weekly commitment of around 2-3 hours. We think you’ll agree it is worth every minute.

You are welcome to stop by with no commitment to join. Also consider starting your own group using as many or few of our materials as you wish.
